Happy Snaps

I am ‘serious’ about photography,  but the photographs that give me the greatest personal joy are snapshots of family. It was the Kieran Maxwell Memorial Open athletics meet on Sunday in Darlington. My daughter Katie has stepped up to the U15 girls group, even though she is still only 12. She credited herself with beating her personal best.

My wife Gill and younger daughter Sophie were there for support. We drove to Bishop Auckland afterwards and popped in to see dad. Precious days.
